Live Show: 5/18/96

Moxy Früvous appeared in Rochester, NY on Saturday, May 18 at the
Lilac Festival. They appeared
at Overlook Stage around 5pm. The day was very overcast, so
a little rain fell during the show, but nothing too major as to stop
the festivities. However, the band did encounter some problems with the
microphones continually going out, but once the wireless mikes were replaced
with wired mikes, everything went smoothly. Once again, I attended this
show with my friend Colleen.

Some little tidbits from the performance include:
- The program from the Lilac Festival indicated that 'Maxy Fruvous' would
be performing at 5pm. Whoops!
- Moxy performed a few new numbers during this show, apparently from their
upcoming album this fall.
- The guys made up a song about the sun setting in Rochester right there
on the spot! Very cool!
